Opportunity Link was awarded an Our Town grant from the National Endowment for the Arts. In partnership with ArtSpot in Malta, OL and ArtSpot will create a Hi-line Arts Trail, dedicated to supporting visual arts along the hi-line. Of course, we need community support to ensure the success of this project. We will start having community meetings to discuss local artists’ interest and ideas for types of art installations.
