Trainer Certification
WWT facilitators are trained in teaching the curriculum, interacting with participants to encourage their discussion and involvement in the scenarios, and providing extracurricular resources for job development.
The WWT program has been implemented throughout Northcentral Montana, including Blackfeet, Fort Belknap, and Rocky Boy Reservations as well as Hill, Chouteau, Blaine, and Phillips Counties.
Workin’ With Tradition has been used in conjunction with programs such as YouthBuild, WIA Summer Youth Programs, and GED/ABE. Current facilitators come from a variety of organizations including TANF programs, Workforce and Employment departments, tribal colleges and a state university, and non-profit organizations.
